1. Shipping zones
We ship our products to Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@prestigeinorigin.com to see if we can arrange special delivery.

2. Delivery times

Switzerland: 5 - 7 working days.
Europe: 7 - 10 working days.
International: 12 - 15 working days.
Delivery times may vary according to stock availability and delivery address. During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to order value and destination. Here is our price list:

Switzerland: €12
Europe: €25
International: €50
Orders over CHF 150 benefit from free delivery.

4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, enabling you to follow the progress of your order online.

5. Returns and exchanges
